Mattoo lab graduate student, Ali Camara, selected for 2019 BIO I-Corps Bio-entrepreneurship Workshop

Graduate student, Ali Camara (Mattoo lab), was selected to attend the 2019 BIO I-Corps Bio-entrepreneurship Workshop, held in Philadelphia, PA. The theme for this year’s workshop was Gene/Cell Therapy, where participants learned evidence-based entrepreneurship concepts to brainstorm venture ideas. The workshop was funded by the Genentech Foundation, the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), the Ernest E. Just Institute for the Life Sciences, the National Science Foundation (NSF), AUTM, and BIO.
