Professor Stephen Konieczny steps into new role as Interim Department Head

After twelve years, Dr. Richard Kuhn has stepped down as the Head of the Biological Sciences. The items Dr. Kuhn accomplished for the department are too numerous to list. The department thanks Dr. Kuhn for his dedication and commitment to the department.

Dr. Stephen Konieczny, Professor of Biological Sciences, holds a two year appointment as Interim Head of Biological Sciences, effective August 1. Steve, in addition to being one of the departments most productive and accomplished researchers, has administrative experience as an Associate Head in Biological Sciences.
