Biology Operations Technology Team Services (BOTT)

(Previously known as BioIT)

 

Moving forward please contact BOTT via Bio-Op-Tech@purdue.edu for the following:

  1. Poster and 3D Scanning/Printing
    1. Poster Printing / 3D Printing
      1. Following the same process as before - share your file in Filelocker. See the links above for directions/details.
      2. An email will be initiated to Bio-Op-Tech (note this will no longer create a ticket in the ticketing system but will be routed to the BOTT team).
  2. Audio/Visual
    1. Biology Managed Classroom/Conference room projectors/TVs
    2. Biology Managed Classroom microphones/speakers/screens
  3. Loaner Request (technology peripherals, computer, laptop for temporary use)
  4. Technology Purchases (computer/laptop/monitors/software/accessories)
  5. Temperature Probe concerns
    1. Please email both Bio-Op-Tech@purdue.edu and Bio-Maintenace@purdue.edu
    2. New Labels have been printed with both email contact information.
    3. Adding new devices, removing devices, out of range, defrosting (to set a maintenance window to stall alerts while being defrosted)
  6. Research Instrumentation Computer Support
