Student Photos

If you would like photographs of the students enrolled in your courses, BioIT and the Biology Resource Center (BRC) are once again offering this service.

What instructors need to do:

Tell your students to go to the BRC, which is in room B-401 in the Lilly Basement. There will be signs directing them to where the photos are being taken. Students must either bring their Purdue student ID card or know their PUID.  Students in multiple course will only need their photo taken once as it will be connected to their PUID and thus will automatically be available for all courses.

Send an access request email to bioit@purdue.edu that includes the following information:

  • The course(s) for you wish to access student photographs.
  • The email address of all other people (secretaries, TAs, etc) who will need access besides yourself. These people should be FERPA certified.

When the system is available:

Mon – Thu: 9AM to 5PM
Friday: 9AM to 1PM

Database access will follow shortly; make sure to send your access requests to bioit@purdue.edu per above. You will be sent instructions on how to access the photos once we process your access request email.
