Every Gift Makes a Difference

All gifts, large and small, make a difference in the quality of education and research in the Department of Biological Sciences.

You can change the world.

Research in the Department of Biological Sciences is providing basic knowledge about cancer, deadly viruses, the environment, and vital food crops. Your support is needed to help the department attract and retain the scientists that will take our discovery initiatives to the next level.

Excellence in Biological Sciences.

The Department of Biological Sciences is committed to providing an outstanding educational and research environment for students, faculty and visiting scholars. To continue to hire the best faculty, provide the highest quality resources, and to attract the brightest students, we need your support.

Private donations are critical.

For much of its history, Purdue and the Department of Biological Sciences relied primarily on state funds. Times have changed. It is our private donors that will create the leverage needed to reach new levels of excellence.

Your participation matters.

Your gift to the Purdue Biological Sciences Excellence Fund enriches all aspects of our research and education activities, and our work at the forefront of the life sciences. Your gift, large or small, is a vote of support for the Department of Biological Sciences. The Purdue family is a far-reaching group that includes students and alumni, faculty and staff, corporations and foundations, parents and friends. We all play a role, and together we will achieve excellence.
